Arrival and departure:

Upon arrival, the rooms are available from 3:00 pm, and we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10:00 am

Tourist tax:

The daily tourist tax of € 1.50 / € 1.70 from 01/01/2018 per person and night must be added to the price per day per person for half-board treatment (from 14 years of age). The tourist tax is paid upon departure and is shown on the invoice of stay at the facility, with a separate entry.

To confirm your stay:

Within 10 days from the date of booking,please send us the amount equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay, per room, as a deposit to make your booking final. The payment must be made by bank transfer:

For any cancellations received by a written declaration, the following amount will be charged as a penalty:

• Cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival: 60% of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation less than 8 days prior to arrival: 70% of the agreed total price.

We advise you to insure your stay to avoid any expenses. We suggest you take out travel insurance.

Travel cancellation insurance

Surely you cannot wait to go on vacation. However, something unexpected can happen before and during your journey. To avoid cancellation expenses, we suggest you take out travel insurance. The stipulation of this insurance raises you from the payment of these costs,which will be borne by the insurance itself.
